Pregnancy is one of the greater joys of a soon-to-be mom. But in spite of all these happy feelings, pregnancy also comes with a feeling of sickness, especially in the first 12 to 14 weeks (first trimester). This is called morning sickness.

We get relieved of things when we forget about them or when we don’t think about them. Sometimes the thought of having morning sickness itself triggers it. The best thing to do is to get busy or get someone you can talk to about random things that will keep your mind busy.
